CarSpa provides vehicle detailing and protection services as listed on our website. Once a booking is made, you agree to receive the selected service at the scheduled time.

Booking & Payments

  • All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
  • Prices may vary based on vehicle size and condition.
  • Full payment or advance payment must be made before service completion.
  • Offers and discounts are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Rescheduling is allowed based on availability.

Vehicle Condition

  • CarSpa is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle.
  • If the car is excessively dirty or requires extra work, additional charges may apply.
  • Customers must remove personal belongings before service.

Liability

  • We take the utmost care during each service, but CarSpa is not responsible for items left inside the vehicle.
  • CarSpa is not liable for mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to our detailing process.

Service Guarantee

We provide high-quality detailing services. If you are unhappy with the result, you must report it within 24 hours for review. Corrections will be made based on service type and eligibility.

Use of Website

  • You agree not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Content, images, and logos belong to CarSpa and may not be copied without permission.
